Craft BBQ: Jersey Style

Let's be honest, New Jersey does not really have a style of barbecue. We here at Ferris BBQ see that as a good thing! We are not tied to any specific styles, methods, sauces, etc. that our friends in BBQ regions such as Texas, Memphis, Alabama and the Carolinas are. Instead we fused together the best each region has to offer to create an eclectic BBQ menu everyone can enjoy.

We may not have a specific style. We may not have deep roots in BBQ culture. We may sometimes have to man an outdoor BBQ pit in rain, cold or snow. But, we are passionate about our food and will do what it takes to offer authentic, wood-fired BBQ. THAT is Jersey Style BBQ.
